Still can’t get over the fact that I saw Rancid, Lamb of God and Mighty Mighty Bosstones on the weekend. Rockfest was insane to say the least. 100,000 people in a town of less than 900. Craziness.

Does "4x5 Military Chest Presses-40lb" mean two 20lb dumbells? or two 40lb dumbells? :)

I use a 20lb Barbell with 2x10lb weight plates :)
